This Vista Creek Wedding
…in North Carolina was amazing. The blues, hydrangeas, the water views and the cloudless blue sky! It’s what Nick and Melinda planned for and hoped for!
Melinda’s family knows
…a thing or two about throwing a party. They have a history with catering and it showed! I loved that there were little bits and pieces of family legacy through out the day, one of my favorites being the blue brooch on Melinda’s bouquet!
Melinda walked down the dock
…to Nick, who waited for her in the front of the Manteo Light House. The wind blew her dress perfectly to show off that amazing train. The best part of it was that when she saw Nick and got to spend time with him before the ceremony her nerves where calmed and she could enjoy herself a little more. It also didn’t stop the tears as her father walked her down the aisle to meet Nick so they could say their vows. No matter what, that is a BIG moment!
Their ceremony looked out over the marsh
…and water and the sun turned everything gold. Not a cloud in the sky! It was a gorgeous view! I kept finding myself staring at it. What’s amazing about this venue is that you get that view on the other side as well! And the sun sets on that side which is usually during the reception. I got to watch the sunset over the gorgeous water while celebrating with Nick and Melinda! No matter where you look, their is nature in all it’s glory!
Congrats Nick and Melinda! Your class and kindness was shown and you both are so loved!
