Blue Valley Vineyard Summer Wedding

Blue Valley Vineyard sits right on a hill with a full 360 degree mountain view. You can see the sunset right over the ridge of the mountains and it is breath-taking. Cole and Ashley celebrated their two families becoming one in this place and it was as stunning as you can imagine. A perfect place to hold such an amazing celebration.

Cole and Ashley love their people very deeply and it showed. They were soaking in every moment, living to remember, which is not easy to do when their is a lot of pressure and attention on a couple. My favorite moment (as a photographer) was when they came over and cried with joy over their small slide show I put together during dinner. The gratitude they displayed to all their vendors and family/friends was felt.

The day all started with a slow morning getting hair and makeup done. The girls prioritized spending time with each other, enjoying sips of coffee and mimosas, and listening to their favorite music. The men gathered in the wine cellar below and did the same, but much more enthusiastically and with a little more beer.

The first look went as expected, with tears and hugs. Ashley stood behind the garage door and as it opened (a little too slowly) Cole stood and admired his bride. They were joined by their cuddly and completely unaware Bernese Mountain dog pup. The rest of the day followed with anticipation, then celebration. I was honored to have captured this day!
