I'll have to admit,
...when I was pretty nervous to shoot in the middle of August. It has been so hot and it almost hurts to move around for fear of getting soaked with sweat, and poor Nick because that's kind of what happened. Well, it happened to all of us he just had a more noticeable shirt on. But he worked it like a champ, and I think it was all because Allie was by his side!

...Colonial Williamsburg just never gets old, and because I shoot a lot of Williamsburg wedding it is a popular place for couple's to want to visit for their engagement session. This month alone there will be two Williamsburg weddings and I am not sad about that! It is a gorgeous place to celebrate a few family!
Allie and Nick
...dressed perfectly for this occasion. You can just tell that summer looks so good on them. Especially Allie! There is a sweet portrait of her looking at the camera and you can see all her glorious freckles on her sun kissed skin and it made shooting in the heat all that much better.
If they are this close
...and sweet for their engagement session, I am ecstatic for the wedding day. This will be my first time back to Governors' Landing in two years, the last one being Kerry and Will. This gorgeous venue sits on the water in a gated Williamsburg community and is every bit classy. I have come to fall in love with Williamsburg country club weddings! Allie and Nick's will not disappoint!
