James Monroe Highlands Wedding {Allie + Adam}

...had their perfect Charlottesville wedding at the James Monroe's Highland this past weekend. This couple met at UVA and are now husband and wife not too far from where there. With peonies and hydrangeas in her bouquet and dusty blue bridesmaid dresses, this whole day reflected the beautiful spring that was around us. Okay, there are a few things I have to point out as you scroll down. The Chuppah! You have to see how gorgeous is was decorated! Flowers on every corner and it was a perfect little shelter, which reflects perfectly what it stands for.
There was so much family legacy
...represented and something Adam and Allie will enjoy explaining to their children one day. Another thing to notice: The dancing! Their first dance AND the father/daughter dance was crazy fun to photograph! All the twirling and it was so fast! They were so fun to watch and capture! And just so you know, the two bridesmaids with the feather fans are singing to the Allie and they are her sisters. It was adorable and totally appropriate!

...is a breath of fresh air (literally), stunning views in all direction and green! SO much green! All the trees must have just got all their leaves back because I noticed so much green everywhere and I guess I was use to brown in all directions from a long winter. It did rain some so the ceremony was held inside the barn, but the draping lights and candles gave it the perfect vibe for these two.
Allie and Adam were so gracious and loved. Family and friends from all over the world where their love celebrate with them. I love seeing two very different families come together like that!
