King Family Vineyard Charlottesville Spring Wedding Photographer
Wellseley and Ulrich were married in the spring sun, surrounded by mountains and family at King Family Vineyard in Charlottesville Virginia. This warm day did not just happen, they met by chance in Miami on a dating app. Both just so happened to be visiting and with a moment to try something different. One meeting turned in to a loving relationship that led to this gorgeous and joyful day. Their friends and family where thrilled to be standing by their side.
King Family Vineyards is nesting in the valley looking up to mountains all around them. The horse stables and open fields provide a serene backdrop. When I walked into the wedding venue as they were decorating I took a deep breath and was welcomed by the amazing smell of peaches! They had boxes and boxes of peaches everywhere and they were to be the center piece of the decor, along with lace tablecloths, ferns and potted flowers. It was like walking into a southern garden party. The peaches made the room smell amazing!
The ceremony had the most perfect golden sunlight that lasted into cocktail hour. Portraits were quiet and peaceful as they got to spend some alone time with each other after saying their vows. We walked along the property at King Family Vineyard and made our way to the guests and drinks. Their reception was filled with music from a live band and lots of celebratory dancing.
