Williamsburg Winery Wedding
Well, when Mae planned her wedding date at the Williamsburg Winery, she had visions of cold, intimate, candle light. She got all of those EXCEPT for the cold. It felt more like the end of May rather than February. No one was complaining though! It was like someone turned up the heat a little just for this day because everything looked like February still, just didn't feel like it.
The Williamsburg Winery was stunning on this day. I am IN LOVE with every detail. Kathy of Kathy Forrest Floral not only decked out the place is gorgeous blooms, she made it smell amazing with all that eucalyptus.
Mae surprised me. She is this super, simple and easy going girl. I know she loves comfort, and is pretty stylish, but keeps it simple. When I saw her veil I was shocked. It was GORGEOUS and LONG. It was so elegant and traditional and I am so glad she went with that because that just speaks my language. Those are not easy to wear and she made it work perfectly. She was every bit of a bride for her wedding day. Ryan was dapper in his blue suit, and I'm not sure what was in his letter to her for their first look but it made Mae cry so many sweet tears. His love for her was precious to see. Together they are simple, tasteful and soft.
This winter Williamsburg Winery Wedding was intimate, elegant and a testament to Mae and Ryan's sweet personalities. Everyone laughed together and you could not tell which was "the bride's side" or the "groom's side," they all seemed to know each other!
Special THANK YOU to my intern Cameron! Our first wedding together!
