The Westin Virginia Beach Wedding
Dee and Brandon had their best day staring at The Westin in Virginia Beach Town Center and finished on the shore at The Shifting Sands in Dam Neck. These two cracked each other up the whole time, from the moment she saw him to when they were running out to the beach in the crazy wind, to their final farewell! This is what their marriage will be like for many years to come. And I truly hope that for them. I can definitely see Brandon and Dee as an old married couple being sarcastic and wanting to know the score to the soccer game.
I just love Dee's sweet, adventurous and fun spirit
...and I am thankful that Brandon keeps right up with her. The weather was a little crazy and strange for this time of year, but with a tropical storm just off the shore it was to be expected. The wind was so strong and constant, and thankfully the clouds came and the rain did not. their first look was in front of that gorgeous fountain at the Virginia Beach Town Center, close to the Westin. The wind and the cars rushed all around but they were just happy to be together and nothing else mattered!
The whole day seemed to flow
...like that, everything was as it should. After the ceremony, Dee and Brandon wanted to see the ocean waves because they were massive. It was so loud! Those crashing waves and wind were crazy but they made a beautiful backdrop for their portraits. I remember Dee just taking off running to the water and her saying, "this is so cool!" Most bride's would not have even attempted to go out there!
Congrats Dee and Brandon! Your day was a blast!
