Blush pink wedding at the Williamsburg Winery

It had been so cold and rainy at the Williamsburg Winery and it looked like it would not let up for this day. It poured and poured and we just watched the puddles fill up. All of us had figured it would just be like that the whole day and we would make it work anyway. The venue is gorgeous and there was so much to do. Elizabeth took it for what it was and nothing was going to get her down because she would be a married woman to her favorite guy.

The girls got ready and the guys got into place. Once Elizabeth realized this was the moment the tears came and didn't stop. This sarcastic and playful couple showed their sweet and tender side with so many tears. Elizabeths heart was so full it was overwhelming. Watching those big moments will never get old! Surprise!!

As the ceremony ended the sun came out to everyones surprise. It was warm and gorgeous! The wet land glowed all around the Williamsburg Winery in the light and Elizabeth and Greg got their outdoor portraits! I'm so thankful they were able to have those moments walking around together and enjoying some alone time as husband and wife before the reception.

The Party

The reception was all party at the Williamsburg Winery. The dance floor was never empty and they had a blast. I am a bit of a cake snob and this one was AMAZING. So good! The florals were gorgeous and the party was seamless thanks to the planners and DJ.

It was a joy getting to know Greg and Elizabeth's family. Greg was a freshman in college when I met him (10 years ago) and I was his dorm RA. To see him marry Elizabeth made my heart sing for joy. Her perfect dimples were in full mode the whole day and mostly it was because he was by her side.

Congrats Elizabeth and Greg on your new marriage!!!
